On behalf of our client, Troax, an international company specializing in the development and manufacturing of safety solutions for industrial and logistics environments, we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as a:

Sales Representative for Croatia and Slovenia (m/f)

• Develop and implement sales plans for the company's products and solutions.
• Actively identify and acquire new customers and explore new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Conduct regular customer visits, present products and solutions, and provide technical and commercial information.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering companies, consultants, and end users to identify suitable technical solutions.
• Work closely with internal sales, technical, and operations teams.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events.
• Maintain and regularly update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Secondary or higher education.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within an industrial environment or a related field.
• Strong sales orientation and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of Slovenian.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in the field.

• Permanent employment contract with a six-month probationary period.
