Opis posla

  • Develop and implement the product category strategy
  • Manage the product assortment, including listings, delistings and portfolio rationalisation
  • Analyse sales performance, profitability and market trends
  • Negotiate commercial terms, rebates and promotional activities with suppliers
  • Define pricing policies and promotional plans
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimise product availability
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, purchasing and logistics teams
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations to improve category performance
  • Manage the category budget and achieve agreed KPIs

Zahtjevi

  • University degree in economics, business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in category management, purchasing, trade marketing or commercial roles
  • Experience in supplier negotiations and product category management
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercial and strategic thinking
  • Project management and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Understanding of the retail or beauty market, depending on the industry
