Accounting Officer

• Process and accurately book purchase invoices, ensuring timely and compliant financial records
• Verify merchandise purchase orders against incoming invoices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and proper cost allocation
• Maintain a well-structured filing and archiving system for financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company standards
• Prepare, issue, and monitor service invoices, supporting smooth billing operations and timely revenue collection

• Education in finance or a related field; students in their final years of study are also welcome to apply
• Previous accounting experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and an understanding of basic financial concepts
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
